This policy explains what information What’s the Limit? collects when you use this website, why it is collected, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
This site is operated by Dasha Demchuk, trading as What’s the Limit?. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything in this policy.
When you fill in the application form on this site, we collect the information you type into it:
We do not collect payment details on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
You are only added to our email and SMS follow-up if you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw that consent whenever you like: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, reply STOP to any text message, or email us directly and ask. We will action it and we will not ask you to justify it. Message and data rates may apply to SMS.
We do not sell your information. We do not trade or rent it. It is stored and processed using ordinary business tools — Google (Sheets, Gmail, Apps Script) for storing applications and contacting you, Cal.com for scheduling calls, Vimeo for hosting the masterclass video, and Cloudflare for hosting this website. Each of those providers handles data under its own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Applications are kept for as long as we may reasonably want to follow up, and no longer than three years from your last contact with us. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live — for example in the EEA, the UK, or California — you may have additional rights under local law, and you are welcome to exercise them.
This site may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel, to understand how people arrive here and whether our advertising works. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
